Properly training our staff is an imperative at BlueScope Steel. We now have some engaging and well written training videos that are giving us great results. It all went very well. You forced the pace to get the script together and were sympathetic, but assisted in making sure we delivered everything to you on time. In the video, you covered all things that I wanted included and had a tick list. Your manner and relationship with us was a good one. Events can be a stressful time, if not handled the right way, and it would have made my job harder if you were hard to deal with.

Andrew Ross from Digicast who filmed me was incredibly professional.
He's passionate, technical and knows what he is doing and has to keep the poor person on the other end of the camera still interested. He did a good job managing that. I really thought he worked well with me as the presenter. Andrew got me to look at the vision on the shoot and gave me options as to how we could re-shoot it to make it better. Digicast undertook all of the video production services required for the Queen's Baton Relay as part of the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games. They were professional in their approach to the QBR. We found them knowledgeable in relation to the technology required to service television coverage Australia wide. The video technology chosen was truly state of the art, and enabled QBR maximum television coverage and quick turn-around for play-out packages to the networks.

I've worked with Digicast for nine years now and they've always been professional, helpful and easy to work with. From our Tidy Towns Awards through to the recent Sustainable Cities Awards, Digicast has undertaken the editing of our audiovisual presentation at a broadcast standard and provided us with camera operators to allow vision from the awards to be shown through large projectors that we used (which Digicast installed and operated). Being a not-for-profit, Digicast have also ensured via the awards audiovisual that all of the program sponsors logos are edited and displayed together to maximise our supporter's exposure. Our sponsors were pleased with the audiovisual presentation and so were we.
