It all went very well. You forced the pace to get the script together and were sympathetic, but assisted in making sure we delivered everything to you on time. In the video, you covered all things that I wanted included and had a tick list. Your manner and relationship with us was a good one. Events can be a stressful time, if not handled the right way, and it would have made my job harder if you were hard to deal with.
