		<description>Good training is vital to getting people to understand the culture of the company. I&#039;ve seen some bad videos in my day. Some of them can actually be funny. The thing is training sets the tone for the rest of the employee/company relationship. If the company isn&#039;t careful they can set the wrong precedent.</description>
