Our Support Page is beginning to have both text and video support items because some people are better learning by reading while others need to watch it. I'm not sure if our product would fit in with your mission, but video conferencing is another great resource for training/business. This is a shameless plug, but, our product Visimeet (http://www.iocom.com/) let's you record meetings and share them. We have used this feature to train new users as well as new employees.
